Remarks:
A-frame, B.C. fir frames and plywood, glass sheathed using fibreglass resin, built by Ernest Kraft, a Dutch Canadian (now deceased).Sold to Jerry Coulson of Oshawa who sailed to Portugal and back. In 1991 I bought it and did much cutting out of rotted wood and repairing using epoxy resin. Also replaced the mast, made new netting, and rebuilt the galley and dinette/berth.
Relaunched 1993 on Lake Superior and sailed it to Blind River for North Channel sailing and storage overwinter. In 1996 (retirement year) Faye and I took it through the Trent-Severn waterway, across L. Ontario, through the Erie Canal, down the Hudson River and down the Intracoastal Waterway to Florida. Also went across to the Bahamas. Stored it over summer at a private dock at Turkey Creek, west of L. Okeechobee. Had repeated trouble with the CDI ignition of the Yamaha 9.9 four stroke outboard motor. Went south to Florida and the Bahamas two more winters then moved it back to Ontario in 2000.
It now has a Honda 15 four stroke o/b mounted on the port side at the aft cockpit.
I have had it advertised for sale at about US$ 15000, CAN$ 23500 but have had no success yet.
